ODYSSEE Environnement has created and developed the 5th generation of FFA products. More than 10,000 circuits are conditioned using this technology throughout the world.

    This anti-corrosion technology is used on steam installations, closed circuits (hot and cold), RCUs (District Heating Networks), cooling towers, geothermal wells… and anywhere where corrosion is a problem.

    The injection of ODYVAP into a steam boiler does not introduce mineral salts (TDS) into the installation, which is not the case for traditional phosphate-based treatment, for example.
    Switching from a traditional phosphate-based treatment to an organic treatment allows you to increase the water concentration rate and therefore reduce the purges in your installation.

    Less purging = less water consumption, less fuel to heat the water, less conditioning product, less discharge and post-treatment.

    Yes. The FFA program is primarily designed to control corrosion. ODYSSEE’s hydroethicists will recommend the best ODYVAP product for your system. With or without a deaerator, make-up water that is deionized or simply softened, with or without condensate return lines, and so on: we have the FFA program that will safeguard your systems.

    Yes, it is an eco-responsible product: no molybdate, nitrite, zinc, biologically inert (it is not a food source for bacteria). The elimination of phosphates in discharge and the biodegradability of FFA make it an ecological product compared to this type of packaging traditionally used.

    Throughout the world, the strictest standards have validated ODYSSEE Environnement’s FFA program and the discharge of circuit purges directly into the natural environment. In addition, the products are more than 90% biodegradable.
