Corrective maintenance is required every 2 to 3 days to maintain operational continuity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To mitigate production downtime, a buffer tank of makeup water is used. However, stagnant water in this tank degrades production quality and demands frequent maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together, these issues result in significant productivity losses, estimated at over $100,000 per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odyssee&#8217;s Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Treatment Protocol:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ODYSSEE Environnement\u2019s<strong> ODYZYME CBR <\/strong>(a blend of FFAs and cleaners) is injected upstream at a concentration of <strong>5\u20136 ppm<\/strong>, for <strong>1 hour every 8 hours<\/strong>. The treatment is monitored in real time at the most distant point from the <strong>injection site<\/strong> (approx. 1 mile), ensuring system-wide coverage.
