The history of ODYSSEE Environnement
started in 2006<\/mark> with five industrial

Their goal was to transpose their commitment to a structure that would embody the innovative approach that is hydroethics<\/strong>. An adventure launched<\/mark> by a new professional conviction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ODYSSEE Environnement c\u2019est avant tout une histoire d\u2019entrepreneurs, r\u00e9unis par une conviction forte autour de l\u2019eau<\/strong> et son traitement<\/strong> dans l\u2019industrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company\u2019s founders met at a water treatment firm, where they started talking about a hydroethical approach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2006, when that company was sold to a bigger group, Laurent Ballu, Fabrice Chaussec, Dominique Jai, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Mougel and Marc Nardelli created ODYSSEE Environnement, with the support of Yves Mougel and Laurent Verdier, ODYSSEE\u2019s very first shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ever since, the company has continued to grow, mostly recently with the acquisition of Aquadylle, our longstanding distributor near Toulouse, in late 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/svg>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Since 2006, out of an awareness of the environmental challenge of water footprints in industry, ODYSSEE Environnement has been committed to attracting complementary profiles<\/strong>, in order to devise a series of solutions and services targeting ethical water performance<\/strong> and covering training, innovation, production, distribution, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Innovation<\/mark> at the heart of our hydroethical approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ODYSSEE Environnement is rethinking water treatment as a whole<\/strong>: our teams invent, produce, suggest and roll out ever more innovative solutions<\/strong> for optimizing how water is used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our entrepreneurial history directly connects ODYSSEE to the first generations of film-forming agents. Now a leader in that technology<\/strong>, ODYSSEE is on the fifth generation of this innovation. ODYSSEE\u2019s film-forming agents are exported around the world to protect metal from the effects of corrosion, while reducing the concentration of active ingredients in water, because the amines deposit a protective coating on the surfaces of water networks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Inspired by an awareness of the urgent need to provide reliable alternatives<\/strong> to water treatment solutions that mainly use petrochemicals, our hydroethicists have launched further innovations<\/strong> that are decisive to the business sector, all of which came from ODYSSEE\u2019s labs: a biosourced scale inhibitor, a 100% renewable biocide treatment, and the list goes on.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
